How the Payment Escrow system works

How payments work on Gafaa

Step 1

The Seller begins the process by creating a transaction directly on the Gafaa App.

Step 2

The Buyer receives a notification, logs into the Gafaa App, accepts the transaction, and selects the preferred PUDO locker for delivery.

Step 3

The Buyer completes the payment for the product, including any agreed delivery costs. Funds are securely held in escrow by Gafaa until delivery is confirmed.

Step 4

The Seller sends the product to the Buyer’s chosen PUDO locker, ensuring delivery to the designated location.

Step 5

Once the product is confirmed as delivered, Gafaa securely releases the funds to the Seller.


Safe, Anonymous & Secure

Throughout the transaction, only your phone number is used no need to share personal details such as your physical address. Buyers and Sellers never have to meet in person or carry cash, reducing risk and ensuring safety.

All exchange and transaction records are securely maintained within the Gafaa system. If a product does not meet the agreed terms, our built‑in dispute mechanism ensures fair resolution.

This process delivers confidence and satisfaction to both Buyer and Seller.
